The room was so so lovely. All decorated for the holidays. Very well appointed, new and cozy. Breakfast was great. Many choices and you can order any type of eggs you may want. Lobby is beautiful and the desk staff so kind and welcoming.

Wonderful and friendly reception staff who will always greet you with a smile and also provide you with great and healthy extra pillows. The highlight at this hotel was the breakfast! Really impressed by the lovely breakfast room and by the high quality breakfast items. Really amazing coffee! Really amazing that you can have some champagne here to put a little (or as much as you wish hahah) in your (freshly squeezed !!!!) real orange juice. Top marks for the great breakfast experience. Thank you.

1) Location is great: next to tram stop with tram going directly to Central train station; with walking distance to all major locations; quite street (while our room was facing street we didn’t hear any noise). 2) Friendly and very accommodating staff: we arrived in the morning, before check in moment but still we got a room so we could relax a bit after our early morning flight before going and exploring the city. 3) Comfort: room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom equipment was very functional; everything was clean.

The room and bathroom was a really good size. I liked the seating in the room, it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. The staff was fairly helpful when we spoke with them or had questions. I liked that we could get tickets for the train at the hotel.

Amazing comfortable room. The beds were so comfy with a nice fluffy comforter. I had the room for wheelchairs, and it was super spacious The ac was awesome Every night though, above me it was so loud. Like banging. It wasn’t like people walking. I’m not sure what it was. Both nights and went from 8 pm till well into the mud night maybe longer but I finally fell asleep but it was tough A bit pricey but that is Zurich It was too bad if the overhead noise or I would if said best hotel ever The staff was excellent Breakfast started at 630am and it looked amazing. I only have cappuccino and croissant though but if u like a nice breakfast ( mimosas too) it seemed amazing! Super clean! The walk to the old town was about 30 minutes but a nice walk I personally would stay here again !! I want to thank the girl who checked me in as I was frantic( plane cancel) and she really helped me a lot!! Super staff

A very comfortable room with a large king sized bed. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly, particularly the reception staff, who were extremely helpful with advice, directions and assistance for trams etc. The included breakfast buffet was very satisfactory with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel is located on a tram line which is extremely extensive in Zurich-great if you don't have a vehicle. It is also a short walk to the lake, the Opera and Old Town areas.

Very well prepared room, the bathroom was especially nicely with amenities and space. Staff was super kind and helpful, and the breakfast was especially nice and various.
