1) Location is great: next to tram stop with tram going directly to Central train station; with walking distance to all major locations; quite street (while our room was facing street we didn’t hear any noise). 2) Friendly and very accommodating staff: we arrived in the morning, before check in moment but still we got a room so we could relax a bit after our early morning flight before going and exploring the city. 3) Comfort: room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom equipment was very functional; everything was clean.

Wonderful and friendly reception staff who will always greet you with a smile and also provide you with great and healthy extra pillows. The highlight at this hotel was the breakfast! Really impressed by the lovely breakfast room and by the high quality breakfast items. Really amazing coffee! Really amazing that you can have some champagne here to put a little (or as much as you wish hahah) in your (freshly squeezed !!!!) real orange juice. Top marks for the great breakfast experience. Thank you.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast were tasty and with plenty of options. The beds were very comfortable. The wi-fi was working flawlessly and without a need to re-enter the password all the time. All in all, a great place.

Their hospitality made a great impression. The only area for improvement would be that the breakfast could have had a broader selection.
